Wyoming

Thank you for your interest in American Liberty Insurance. At Trean, we provide workers' compensation insurance coverage to 49 states, including the District of Columbia through our family of highly rated and broadly licensed insurance companies, American Liberty and Benchmark.

Wyoming is one of four monopolistic states requiring employers to purchase workers' compensation insurance through the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. However, coverage placed with a state fund may not include employer's liability coverage, providing protection against employee injury lawsuits.
